Summer’s Sourcewell contract

Summer holds a Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract awarded through a competitive solicitation in 2023. Sourcewell evaluated proposals before awarding the contract, which covers financial wellness services, including student loan assistance. 

Eligible participating agencies may be able to use Summer’s Sourcewell contract instead of conducting their own solicitation, subject to their own procurement requirements.

What is Sourcewell?

Sourcewell is a self-sustaining government organization that partners with education, government, and nonprofit agencies to empower student and community success. Its cooperative purchasing program gives over 50,000 participating agencies access to competitively solicited contracts. 

Is Sourcewell a government agency?

Yes. Sourcewell is a service cooperative created by the Minnesota legislature as a local unit of government. Sourcewell is governed by local elected municipal officials and school board members. As a public agency, all Sourcewell employees are government employees.

Who can participate in Sourcewell?
